“For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; that I know very well.”

Psalm 139: 13-14

This anthem for children, which speaks to our unique and perfect creation,

is great with body movements.

The addition of an oboe and finger cymbals enhance an Eastern musical style.

I am a camel, an animal of special design

With talents and blessing especially mine.

I may not fly in the air. I don’t swim in the sea.

But when God made this, (pointing to hump) I became uniquely. . .me!

God gave me a tongue that can reach my ear.

Big strong feet that brought me here.

God gave me a tail that can swat at flies

And a hump full of water when it’s hot and dry.

God gave me eye lashes to keep out the sand,

And a camel hair coat, best in the land!

God gave me this nose and these lovely lips,

That can chew a cud and give a camel kiss.

I am a camel, an animal of special design

With talents and blessing especially mine.

I may not fly in the air. I don’t swim in the sea.

But when God made this, (pointing to hump) I became uniquely. . .me!

This is too important to ever forget.

God made you special. You’re completely perfect!

Don’t compare yourself to others at the zoo,

Cause when God put you together, you became UNIQUELY. . .YOU!

I am a camel, an animal of special design

With talents and blessing especially mine.

I may not fly in the air. I don’t swim in the sea.

But when God made this, (pointing to hump) I became uniquely. . .me!

In the opening welcome and introduction to this website, I shared the Scripture that inspired this online adventure, I Tim 6:20. This text is also the origination of the name; “Sacred Chatter.” However, my intent is not to be a singular voice. I invite your voice to be a part of the “chat” and I base this on another of my favorite Scriptures: Hebrews 10:24. “And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds.” I am considering how I can provoke love and good deeds in places beyond where I live. This is my attempt to enter into a Hebrews 10 conversation with you over social media.digitally. Now, I am interested in your feedback. Consider what provoking you can provide with your own Sacred Chatter.

What’s important to you? What really matters?

Add your voice in Sacred Chatter.

Love is ours to provoke. Good deeds are ours to sew.

That the wisdom of Hebrews 10 may flourish and grow.

Email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, they’re potential mediums for the Hebrews 10 plan.
